What is this store's return and exchange policy?
No returns/exchanges unless the product(s) shipped were damaged beyond playability in shipping. Dinged corners do tend happen from time to time and it is the risk you take when ordering mailorder. All records are shipped outside of the jackets to avoid seam splitting on the covers.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes I do, but be aware:
if the store postage calculates less postage than is required to ship the order, your order will be placed on hold until the invoice for the additional amount is paid, or the order can be refunded if you wish. Shipping cost includes postage+the shipping box cost. International orders are shipped via "international first class" method via the USPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.
Generally, all orders are shipped within 2-3 days of being ordered, but some delays could occur as I do have a day job.
Can I track my order?
For Domestic/US shipments:
You should receive an email, once your order is shipped. All domestic shipments are sent with the delivery confirmation, that information is available upon request.
Unless you are willing to upgrade to a priority option, there is no tracking information available for international shipments, which are otherwise always shipped "International First Class".
